    3D打印发展存在问题及对策

    摘要

    3D打印技术的发展深刻影响着制造业的生产模式和人们的生活方式。主要发达国家纷纷部署3D打印战略,3D新技术、新材料、新产品不断涌现,应用效果显著提升,产业规模不断壮大。未来,3D打印设备将更加通用化和智能化,材料种类和性能更加多元化,生产方式向分布式和敏捷化方向发展,3D打印制造模式与传统制造模式长期并存,融合发展。我国在3D打印技术基础理论、工艺技术、材料研发、核心元器件等方面与国外相比还存在较大差距,整体产业规模偏小。迫切需要构建和完善3D打印产业生态系统,以互联网为契机推动创新升级,积极推进工业级3D打印技术研发和应用,支持发展面向3D打印的产品设计软件,鼓励发展个性化定制服务,推动产业快速发展。

    Abstract

    The development of 3D printing technology has a profound impact on the production mode of manufacturing and the life way for people. The 3D printing strategy has been deployed by major developed countries one after another. The application effect of 3D printing has significantly increased and industry scale is growing because of the constant emergences of new 3D technology,new material and new products. In the future,3D printing manufacturing mode and the traditional manufacturing mode will coexist for a long time and go through a fusion development. The 3D printing equipment will be more universal and intelligent,the material types and performance will be more diversified,and the production mode tend will be distributed and agile. Compared with foreign countries,there are still large gaps in the 3D printing technology basic theory,technology,materials research and the core components. in our country,and the whole industrial scale is smaller. There is an urgent need to build and improve the 3D printing industry ecosystem,promote innovation upgrade with the Internet as an opportunity,actively promote the research and application of industrial 3D printing technology,support developing the product design software for 3D printing,encourage the development of personalized custom services,and promote the rapid development of industry.
