Chinese s IC Design Industry has developed well for recent years，either its scale，the proportion or the industry structure is optimizing and upgrading. Currently，Chinese IC Design Industry shows many characteristics，which includes：the core areas concentrate in three major areas which are the network communication，computer and multimedia;the technology of IC Design Industry is making a fast progress;features of different classes of the design industry gradually appear;the cross-border mergers and integrations have increased changes competition situation.
