Rural left-behind children in Sichuan remain the most serious problems in the whole country，achievement of the love and care work is outstanding as well. Accordingly，the paper firstly draws some conclusions through summarized the basic characteristics and analyzed the structural distribution in the key regions；second，it the social distribution of the focus groups. Secondly，the article briefly describes basic work and performance done on these groups，summarizes some experiences based on deep survey made in the cities and counties whose problems and achievement are quite obvious. Finally，the paper puts forward some general advice and some targeted suggestions according to special problems of some counties and general problems of the whole province.
