By contrasting the family income and expenditure of rural residents and urban residents，make overall judgments about the income and consumption situation of rural households in Henan Province，and make comparative analysis of the situation of each city and county. In the future，the rural resident family net operating income will grow rapidly，the property income will increase sustainedly；food expenditure will reduce gradually，living expenses will grow steadily，and finally some suggestions are proposed on how to improve the income and consumption level of rural households in Henan Province.
