老年文化产业是以满足老年人精神文化需求为目标，为老年人提供文化产品和文化服务，以老年旅游业、老年媒体业、老年教育业、老年演艺业和老年会展业等为主要内容的综合性老龄产业。发展好老年文化产业，有助于满足老年群体多元化需求，有助于拉动内需促进经济增长，有助于维持社会和谐稳定。当前四川老年旅游业、老年媒体业、老年教育业、老年演艺业和老年会展业虽取得一定进展，但仍有较大提升空间。四川老年文化产业应当积极借鉴省外先进经验以促进本省老年文化产业更快发展。
