我国新型城镇化的重点是发展中小城市,特别是2000多个县、县级市及3。4万个乡镇。为新增城镇农业转移人口的公共服务成为区域广播电视传播一项重要而持久的工作。面临大众传媒的多元背景与舆论场错综复杂的严峻形势,区域广播电视只有在服务当地新型城镇化进程中,通过媒体议程设置和提供的拟态环境产生吸引力、感染力、辐射力,促进人们观念更新和环境改善,不断扩大自身的“场”效应,才可能准确选择适合自己的发展方式,与中国新型城镇化一同成长。
<<First emphasis of the new urbanization in our country is to development small and medium-sized cities,especially in more than 2000 counties(county-level cities)and 34000 villages and towns. The public services for the newly increased urban population which transfer from agriculture population become an important and lasting work of regional radio and TV transmission. Facing the intricate serious situation of multiple background and public opinion field in mass media,regional radio and television must throw itself in the process of service local new urbanization;produce the attraction,infection and radiation ability through the media agenda setting and provid mimicry environment;promote idea renewal and environmental improvement;continuously expand their “field” effect;so as to accurately choose development way suitable for their own,and grow together with China’s new urbanization.
