Yanling was a successful model in constructing ecological culture. The local government guided its people onto the road integrating industries with characteristics. The road was composed of three ideas which are to use flowering wood to improve ecological environment，let ecological environment bear tourism industry，and use tourism industry to stimulate the third industry. In the development，the parks also met obstacles such as the limitation on superior industries，poor soft ware environment，severe homogeneous competition and unbalanced resources. So，effective measures must be taken to perform transition and promotion on economic structure.
