In 2014，Henan Province accelerated the infrastructure construction of internet on broadband and information bases in the Middle of China. With 3G and 4G network being expanded，the communicative service was greatly improved and Zhengzhou as the center of information distribution and the junction of network exchange was further established and strengthened. While there still existed dangerous factors in network culture，e-commerce was still a weak link，e-commerce trading platform was not big enough，and we were seriously short of high-caliber personnel in network. How to solve the problems swiftly to propel the construction of Henan’s network is what we will be concerned about.
