After having done an all-round analysis on the phenomenon of Good Henanese spotlighted in recent years from three aspects of situation，causes and effect，this paper found out the characteristics included in the phenomenon that good Henanese could appear from among different status in different places with various good deeds of high quality. The phenomenon resulted from three aspects：the excellent traditional culture nourishing the generations here in Central China，the effective stage built with the common idea of constructing civilized Henan for the heroes to play on and the comprehensive implementation of core socialist values in our province. And this phenomenon also proved to be beneficial for us in setting up a new fashion of socialist civilization，to be a turning force for the so called moral decline popular in society，a powerful leverage making and spreading the idea of core socialist values in the contemporary society，and an effective platform for people to practice good deed. So much effect that Good Henanese has greatly improved the cultural image of Henan and fully deserve to be crowned with the power to reshape Henan all over the country even in the world. In the end，the paper promoted the strategies and suggestions to propel the construction of civilized Henan in a long-term healthy air.
