That we strengthen the ideological and moral construction and improve citizen’s ideological and moral standards is to implement the basic task of construction civilized Henan. As matter of fact，the ideological and moral construction has a good social and realistic foundation in Henan and a good achievement has been gained in recent years. Propelled powerfully by the provincial committee and government on the construction of civilized Henan，the ideological and moral construction has been injected with great force. As a whole，precious experience has been gained in such aspects as the further promotion in upper level，public propaganda and example setting，etc. Even so，to keep the good momentum to continuously put forward the construction of civilized Henan needs to build a long-term educational mechanism，strengthen academic researching mechanism，standard guiding mechanism and elastic evaluation mechanism，etc.
