The Dabie Mountain，Funiu Mountain，Taihang Mountain and Yellow River Beach（DFTAYB） are the poorest areas in Henan Provinces. The implementation of DFTAYB migration is a great strategic choice for Henan Province to solve the problems of its poverty，as well as to build a whole comparatively well-off society. Through the thorough and deep analysis on the DFTAYB’s economic and social development，this paper explored the main tasks and key points. And on the base of the development and the prominent problems of the DFTAYB poverty alleviation migration，it is supposed to make innovations on the basic ideas，main modes and mechanism of the DFTAYB poverty alleviation migration，as scientific advice for government’s decisions.
