本文考察了上海文广集团和芒果TV两个媒介组织变革案例,提出了基本假设,媒介组织变革存在组织资源和组织惯例两大维度,目前的媒介变革较为关注资源层面的变更,但所谓改写组织“基因”的关键更在于打破不再适应外部竞争环境的组织惯例。组织惯例是组织能力的核心要素,也是组织竞争力的核心来源,媒介组织变革对这个维度的关注尚待加强。
<<In an era of upheaval technology changes,media organizations can only survive by implementing initiative organizational changes to gain broad development spaces. This essay tries to put forward the hypothesis that media organization changes can be researched by two dimensions:organization resource and organization routine,and Chinese legacy media pays too much attention on resource while ignores the importance of the changing of organization routine. After sketchy case studies of SMG and imgo.tv,this essay validated the hypothesis and threw lights on the importance of organization routine changes which is the main factor to cause low effectiveness of media organization changes nowadays.
