目前，国内对于社交媒体下“博网联动”的整体运行机制尚无研究。本项目立足上海质监业务职能，结合当前社交媒体环境，借助强大的社会舆情监测分析系统平台和系列软件，对各大微博平台的数据进行抓取，为项目开展提供强大数据支持以及案例支撑，从而对上海质监系统自媒体平台“@上海质监发布”与各大新闻网站的联动机制展开系统性探索。旨在通过分析“@上海质监发布”和网站信息共享、携手运作的3个案例，总结出一套上海质监联动宣传模式。此外，将宣传效能进一步放大、拓宽、延广，辐射至全国质监系统，甚至全国各机构、企事业单位等。
<<Currently，there is little study focused on “Weibo+Web” communication mechanism under social media. Based on the function of Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision，this project employed public opinion monitoring & analyzing system to collect data from Weibo and other media，combining with current social media environment. Besides the big data from kinds of media，3 cases were also further analyzed to illustrate the creative “Weibo+Web” communication mechanism and its incomparable function. In this way，we can apply and promote the mechanism to not only our system，but also other related institution or organization.
