上海报业集团成立一周年之际，为了解上海报业改革进展，明晰报业机构调整、报系改革的计划落实，本调研组主要从报业改革计划落实、报业结构调整、报系改革推进情况以及报业员工对报业结构调整和报系改革的评价等四个方面对上海报业集团进行了评估。评估组认为，虽然此次调整改革在具体的细节处理上，尚有一些可以商榷的地方，但改革的计划已经得到了平稳有效地落实，改革的目的是明确的，改革的推行是平稳的，改革的效果是显著的，改革的预期是光明的，可以说，改革基本上是成功的。
<<It has already been a year since the establishment of SUMG，in order to know the situation of the reform，We organize the survey of the SUMG，including the implementing of the plan，the adjusting of the structure，the employees’ opinions of the reform. The result of the evaluation is not bad，though there are still space to improve，the reform itself is successful.
