上海报业集团(以下简称上报集团)组建一年来,在媒体融合方面取得了引人注目的成果。一是以“平台战略”打造上报集团媒体融合整体格局,包括优化已有平台,实现功能升级;借力大平台,实现影响力拓展;自建新平台,实现竞争力提升。二是以四大重点项目引领上报集团的新媒体转型。三是其他新媒体项目既有缓慢发展,也有发展亮点,努力形成新媒体业务与传统媒体业务并重的局面。总体而言,从思想环境、主要成效、转型情况、影响力、推进计划以及对指导精神的贯彻等方面看,上报集团的媒体融合发展开局良好,为进行更为深度的融合奠定了值得肯定的基础。同时,在对解决融合发展中的共通性问题、把握转型中局部与整体的关系、应用大数据提升内容生产数字化等方面,还需要进一步探索新的解决思路。
<<Shanghai united media group (SUMG) has established for a year. The development of media convergence improved well. Firstly,the group create the overall pattern of SUMG’s media convergence with the “platform strategy”,including the optimization of the existing platform,leveraging large platform(such as baidu),and building the new platform. Secondly,the group led the new media transformation by four key projects. Thirdly,other new media projects got both slow development and highlights,put efforts to form a new media business situation with both traditional media and new media. Overall,from these aspects such as the ideological environment,main achievements,transformation,influence powers,plan of Promotion,and implement of guiding spirit,SUMG’s media convergence development made a good start and a good foundation of more deeper convergence. It is worth the affirmative. At the same time,SUMG had to explore the further new ideas to solve the common problems in convergence development,grasp the relationship between the local and the whole in transition,enhance to digitize content producing by applying large data.
