At the third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee our party laid down that we would deepen the reform of market supervision system and implement a unified market supervision. It pointed out the direction for the reform of the system of market supervision. As the forefront of china’s reform and opening-up Pudong has took the lead in the regulatory system reform. In the “four in one” reform practices，Pudong accumulated rich experience and will provide a useful reference for Shanghai.
