在近一年半间,台湾各级管理部门对内继续执行《观光拔尖领航方案》,优化岛内旅游品质;对外加强旅游营销,强化美丽之岛的品牌。相关管理部门抓紧资金投入、政策支持和市场营销等重点工作,加之两岸旅游合作互动的深化,旅游业又有新发展。观光产业各要素正常发展,旅游发展环境进一步完善,进岛、出岛和岛内旅游三大市场进一步拓展。2013年进岛旅游人次跨过800万大关,大陆及港澳旅客总计超过半数。旅游业带来明显的经济效益,台湾继续保持2011年以来的旅游收支顺差。两岸双向市场的增长率发生明显变化,大陆与台湾往来旅客差距率与收支顺逆差发生转折性变化。本文评述2013~2014年上半年台湾旅游业的发展,并就今后一年多的发展进行预测。
<<In almost one and a half years,Taiwan’s management departments at all levels continue to implement the Project Vanguard for Excellence in Tourism,optimize the quality of the island’s tourism internally. Furthermore,they strengthen both tourism marketing and the brand of the beautiful island. Relevant authorities pay close attention to funding,policy support and marketing,coupled with the deepening of cross-strait cooperation in tourism interaction;there is new development in the tourism industry. Each element of the tourism industry normally has developed,the environment of tourism development has been further improved,and three major markets including into the island,out of the island and the island tourism have been further expanded. In 2013,the number of tourists into the island exceeds eight million,tourists from the mainland,Hong Kong and Macao totaled more than half. Significant economic benefits has been brought by tourism,tourism in Taiwan continues to maintain balance of payments surplus since 2011. Growth on both sides of a two-way market changed significantly,the gap rate of travelers between the mainland and Taiwan exchanges and the shift in the balance of payments deficit changes. This paper reviews the development of Taiwan’s tourism industry from 2013 to the first half of 2014,and forecasts for the coming year of development.
