With the rapid development of online tourism，technology and capital become the double engines of China’s online tourism development and drive the permeable and disruptive reform of online tourism. The connotation of tourism service industry has been extending，business of online tourism and online tourism enterprises have become the mainstream part of tourism economic activities. Under this background，this paper examines the development situation，business progress and driving factors of online tourism.
