科技进步对于经济发展的作用毋庸置疑,但对于科技进步在经济增长中的贡献份额的测度,在理论上和实践中一直存在不少争议。文章利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和索洛余值法,在理论上阐述了科技进步在经济增长中的作用份额的测算方法。在实证中以北京1990~2013年间共计24年的经济数据,采用SPSS统计软件对数据进行处理,测算了北京自1990年来经济增长中的科技贡献率。最后解释了科技进步贡献率的应用范围和局限性。
<<Science and technology are primary productive forces,it’s no doubt about the role of S&T progress in the development of the economy. However,estimation of the contribution portion of S&T progress in economic growth has always been controversial both in theory and practice. In this paper,the estimation methods of the contribution portion of S&T progress in economic growth is expounded in theory by using the C-D production function and Solow residual value method. In the empirical,scientific and technological contribution portion in the economic growth since 1990 was estimated based on the economic data of Beijing between 1990 and 2013 and data processing by SPSS statistical software. Finally the scope and limitation of contribution rate of scientific and technological progress are explained.
