政府R&D资助对企业R&D投入具有正反两方面作用。利用门槛回归模型，本研究对北京市政府R&D资助的激励效果进行了实证检验。检验结果显示，北京市政府R&D资助对企业R&D投入的激励效果具有显著的门槛效应，其激励效果随资助规模的提高表现出递减趋势。
<<Government funding on enterprise R&D input have both positive and negative effect. This empirical study tested the non-linear relationship between government funding of R&D and private R&D expenditure. The result shows that the threshold effect of government funding of R&D is significant and the marginal effect is decreasing with the funding size increasing.
