本文总结了国际城市CBD公共环境的基本特征，分析了我国大陆城市CBD公共环境存在的问题，并结合广州珠江新城、深圳福田CBD、上海陆家嘴CBD、北京CBD、北京金融街、西安长安路商务区六个城市的CBD案例，分别提出了公共环境建设的成功之处及存在的问题。
<<This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of international city CBD public environment，analyzes the existing problems of CBD public environment in mainland China. Combined with six CBD cases of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town，Shenzhen Futian，Shanghai Lujiazui，Beijing CBD，Beijing Financial Street and Xi’an Chang’an Road business district，respectively proposes the success and existing problems of public environment construction.
