CBD is the main carrier of the development of high-end service industry，such as business service，finance and commerce，which is under the agglomeration and leading of the corporate headquarters. According to the different scale and radiating ability of industrial development，the CBDs in China can be divided into four different classes，including international，national，district and regional CBDs. At the same time，the industry development of China’s CBDs show some features，such as rapid agglomeration of corporate headquarters，high-end development of modern service industry，significant contribution from building economy. However，there are some problems in the current industrial development of the China’s CBDs，such as the economic structure need to be optimized and upgraded，the structurally shortage of the human resources，the too large planning and construction area hindering industrial agglomeration，the backward management mode resulting in vicious competition. Along with the gradually scientific management in China’s CBDs，modern service industry will face a further agglomeration in the CBD and promote quickly in the future. Moreover，the industry development of Chinese CBD will show the characteristics of industry diversification，integration，high-end，agglomeration and so on.
