The paper summarizes all regions of the country’s democratic autonomy mode. Based on the investigation and interview database of Ying Xin 5th village in Mentougou district of Shimen，it puts forward some ways to realize the democratic autonomous city community，analyzes the dilemma and causes of current democratic autonomy community of our country，to provide the reference and the basis of different types of the community with regional characteristics in China.
