2013年，辽宁城镇文化消费总量增长处于第12位，人均值增长处于第12位。辽宁城镇文化消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2013年景气指数处于第15位；在自身纵向测评中，1993～2013年景气指数处于第8位，1995～2013年景气指数处于第2位，2000～2013年景气指数处于第4位，2005～2013年景气指数处于第2位，2010～2013年景气指数处于第14位，2012～2013年景气指数处于第12位。
<<In 2013，Liaoning ranked the 12th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in city-towns and the 12th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Liaoning ranked the 15th in 2013；in vertical evaluation itself，Liaoning ranked the 8th，2nd，4th，2nd，14th and 12th during the periods of 1993-2013，1995-2013，2000-2013，2005-2013，2010-2013 and 2012-2013 respectively.
