2013年，青海城乡文化消费总量增长处于第10位，人均值增长处于第9位。青海城乡文化消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2013年景气指数处于第28位；在自身纵向测评中，1993～2013年景气指数处于第2位，1995～2013年景气指数处于第2位，2000～2013年景气指数处于第4位，2005～2013年景气指数处于第8位，2010～2013年景气指数处于第16位，2012～2013年景气指数处于第21位。
<<In 2013，Qinghai ranked the 10th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in urban and rural areas and the 9th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Qinghai ranked the 28th in 2013；in vertical evaluation itself，Qinghai ranked the 2nd，2nd，4th，8th，16th and 21st during the periods of 1993-2013，1995-2013，2000-2013，2005-2013，2010-2013 and 2012-2013 respectively.
