With the development of urbanization and the construct scale of urban continuously enlarge，more and more contradictions and problems appeared in urban development，such as rapid population growth，traffic congestion，environmental pollution of“urban disease”and urban management is more and more difficult. As the main force of urban management，urban management law enforcement assumes important responsibilities of urban management. With dozens of years of development，urban management law enforcement still faces the problem of staff shortage，bad environment and the law-enforcement enthusiasm is not high. This paper is based on the Beijing Exhibition Road Area as the research object，analyzing the situation of urban management and the problem of urban management law enforcement and putting forward the countermeasures of urban management law enforcement for these problems.
