节能环保产业是国家加快培育和发展的七个战略性新兴产业之一，是新兴产业当中产业跨度大、领域涉及多、地域跨度广，且与其他经济部门相互交叉、相互渗透的产业。但从客观上看，我国当前节能环保产业的发展与国外发达国家相比差距十分明显，本文从我国节能环保产业的现状及问题为着手点进行分析，继而为加快节能环保产业发展提出相关对策，即对相关的制度体系进行梳理，厘清管理体制的基础之上，进一步规范产业市场环境，加快推进节能环保产业的市场化进程，力争提升其综合竞争力，并从节能、环保、资源循环利用以及节能环保服务方面提出了我国节能环保产业未来发展的主要方向。
<<Energy-saving and environmental protection industry is one of the seven strategic emerging industries which the government planning to promote. But objectively speaking，compared with developed countries，China’s Energy-saving and environmental protection industry is still lagging behind. First of all，the article analyzes the current situation and problems of our energy-saving environmental protection industry，then put forward the related countermeasures，namely in carding the related system，clarifying the management system，normalizing industry market environment，in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness. Finally，the article prospects for China’s energy-saving environmental protection industry development trends in future.
