In the 21st century of the market economy with high speed development，automobile become the main traffic tools in people daily traveling. At the same time of providing convenient services for people’s work and life，the auto industry has gradually become the important pillar of modern material civilization construction. However，along with the car production and the rapid growth of car ownership，the atmosphere pollution brought by the automobile exhaust affects human health，and corrodes the construction of city，and produces serious impact on the natural environment that human need to be survival. According to relevant data shows that vehicle emissions are the important pollution sources to atmospheric environment，and especially in the large and medium-sized cities of population concentration and economic development，air pollution problems caused by traffic emission are becoming more obvious. This article embarks from the present situation of vehicle emissions in our country，analyses the important sources of pollution of vehicle emissions and the influence factors in our country. On this basis，the article points out problems of automobile exhaust governance in our country，and put forward relevant solutions according to the problem.
