This paper introduces the current situation of the development of new energy automobile industry of Henan Province in 2014，points out the existing problems in the process of the development of industry，the development of new energy automotive industry opportunities and challenges for the whole year of 2015 and also discussed，finally the transformation and upgrading of the new energy automotive industry in Henan province and puts forward six measures and suggestions.
