Manufacturing servitization has been an irreversible trend，manufacturing industry from developed countries has implemented differentiation strategy through servitization to compete with manufacturing firms with low cost and price from developing countries. servitization can improve the competitiveness of company by establishing harmony relationship with suppliers and customers to gain stable revenue. This report first presents the trend and status of global servitization，then give some advices to promote the development of Henan’s manufacturing industry based on the experience learned from developed countries.
