German industry 4.0 worldwide has a widespread influence，is a new industrial revolution. In Henan province is still in the phase of “industrial 2.5”，now building advanced manufacturing of Henan province has many problems in the construction plan of action and practice，needs further suggestions from aspects such as idea，thinking，policy adjustment of development strategy. This paper to strengthen learning and communication，adjust the manufacturing industry development direction，formulate specific implementation strategy and create innovation driving mechanism as countermeasures and suggestions for Henan province to build advanced manufacturing province.
