With the development of new generation information technology，the integration of informatization and industrialization enter a new stage. Nowadays，the informatization and industrialization integrate and develop in a wider scope，a broader field，a deeper and higher level. Recently，the deep integration of informatization and industrialization in Henan Province make remarkable achievement，such as information infrastructure improvement，regional demonstration effect appear gradually，industry enterprise information application becoming popular，and the steady and rapid development of information industry. However，there are some problems in the integration process of informatization and industrialization.
