The research of new-type industrialization’s evaluation index system and evaluation methods are not much. In view of this，this report introduced and analyzed the connotation of new-type industrialization and basic features at first，and then we establish an evaluating index system which includes the industrial basis，industrial enterprise’s efficiency，human resources development，industrial transformation upgrade，innovative development，green development，etc. next，we judged and analyzed the present situation of Henan’s new-type industrialization since 2008 by a synthetical index method. Finally we put forward the corresponding policies and suggestions to promote the new-type industrialization development in Henan.
