面对飞速发展的新形势、新要求，广大农村文化站面临着“五子文化站”的尴尬。云南保山提出并利用“四大文化工程”取代“原有文化站建设标准”，推动了乡镇文化站转型发展。隆阳区芒宽乡文化站，采用多元结合的方式把文化站建成了“新型文化综合体”，率先打造了我国农村文化站转型发展的一个新地标，走上了实实在在的“文化惠民”之路。“芒宽模式”值得借鉴和推广。

Baoshan city of Yunann Province replaced the original construction standard of cultural stations with four cultural projects，which greatly promote the transitional development of rural cultural stations.Mangkuan township cultural station made itself into a mew cultural complex by integrating multiply factors，taking the lead in building a landmark of the transitional development of rural cultural station in our country and genuinely stepping on a road of “culture benefits the mass”.“Mangkuan Pattern” is worth leaning and popularizing.
