襄阳市图书馆近年来以“四位一体”的方式探索开展图书流动服务活动，开创了“流动图书车”“驿站式”“点单式”和“配送式”流动运行方式，探索了“社区流动图书站”定点运行服务模式，为襄阳市打造“读书之城”奠定了基石。
<<Xiangyang municipal library applied “Quaternity method” to explore mobile library service activity in recent years，and initiated mobile operation methods of mobile book van，station，taking orders，and delivery. The library set up a new operation service mode of community mobile book station，and laid a foundation for the building of a“City of reading” out of Xiangyang.
