Shandong provincial library successfully held the European and American Classics Art Exhibition in 2013. Taking this exhibition as an example,this article summarized the successful experience of holding high-level art exhibitions. The article introduced the planning and introducing process of the exhibition;analyses the influence of the 10th China art festival on the publicity of this exhibition;elaborates the high-quality,high-reputed exhibits,especially the Self-portrait of Leonardo Da Vinci. The success of the exhibition attributes to well plan and thorough publicity,assisted by proper measures and quick reaction to emergencies.
