In 2013，Miaoya Township Multi-use Cultural Station spent 2.36 million on community education and other activities. The funds are mainly appropriated by relevant government departments，while some are sponsored by enterprises or individuals. At present，the rural public cultural Infrastructure in Miaoya town is being improved day by day；the key cultural projects is promoting；and the cultural activities for famers are enriched. However，there are many problems too. Thereby，we shouldincrease funding，strengthen the guidance of comprehensive culture，emphasize the rural talents cultivation，and shift the rural culture consumption concept，so that to promote the healthy development of rural culture.
