湖北长阳土家族自治县歌舞剧团是国家保留事业体制的地方文艺院团。近年来，剧团剧目创作、演出服务、艺术服务稳步推进，院团内部体制机制建设不断优化，演出市场开拓也迈出新的步伐。同时，剧团受经费、院团定位等因素影响，在发展过程中仍面临诸多问题，需要得到政策扶持、经费支持，自身建设也需面向市场、面向群众，提高演出服务能力。
<<Song and Dance Troupe of Changyang Tujia Autonomous County is a local artistic troupe remaining as a public institution.In recent years，the troupe made steady progress in operas creation，performance service，and art service，and the troupe keeps optimizing internal system and mechanism and developing new performing market. However，influenced by funds and orientation problems，the troupe also encounters many problems which call for policy support and financialinvestment，and t the troupe also should be market-oriented，and tries to improve the performing ability to better serve the people.
