As a national first-level library and the experimental base of national public culture policy research，Zhong county library of Chongqing achieved favorable construction and development performance in 2013. This report introduces the overall situation of this library，free opening，activities，and operation expenditure in 2013. Based on this，the report analyses the problem that the library encountered in personnel，funds，and service standard，and provides corresponding suggestion.
