Since its opening in 1997，Chongyang County library（Xueting Library）has made great progress in financial support，personnel，and service level over the last decade. Chongyang library made a lot achievement in 2013，yet there still exist urgent problems to be solved，such as the fund shortage. To address these problems，the work of Chongyang library in 2014 shouldstrengthen the service to the reader and operation management，improve staff quality，increase financial support，and encourage external study and communication.
