As an important platform for mass cultural activities，Yicheng municipal mass art gallery has experienced great improvement in both employee personnel structure and service level since 2007. The work of 2013 focused on mass cultural activities，literary and artistic creation and fee open to the public，which greatly enriched local mass cultural life. However，there are problems in the protection of intangible cultural heritage，talent team building，and funding，which desiderate for solution in order to improve public cultural service level.
