Medical disputes are common in current China. It includes disputes over medical malpractices and non-medical malpractices between the patients or people who have legal interests with the patients and the hospital. Main causes for medical disputes should be attributed to the hospitals，but there are also many other reasons，such as faults of the patients or the society. Currently，new mechanisms for solving medical disputes are being explored in China. To effectively solve medical disputes，governments and organizations of all cities/prefectures in Sichuan are carrying out effectively explores of multi-mechanism. Combined with the work features of major cities in Sichuan，this Article analyzes the medical disputes and digs out in-depth reasons for such disputes and attempts to search for a new mechanism for solving such disputes.
