本文探讨了混合所有制经济的内涵，梳理了我国发展混合所有制经济的政策演变，对四川以及其他省市的混合所有制经济政策进行了法治评价，在分析研究现状和问题的基础上，提出了完善四川混合所有制经济政策的若干建议。
<<This Article explores the connotation of mixed ownership economy，sorts out the policy evolution of China’s development of mixed ownership economy，makes legal evaluation on the mixed ownership economy policies in Sichuan and in other provinces and cities. Based in analysis and research on status quo and problems，several suggestions are made in respect of improving mixed ownership policies in Sichuan.
