From the realistic perspective,the paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of "taking assets into the city" for the citizenization of rural-urban migrants,and the main problems they are facing with.On this basis,the paper gives the policy recommendations about how to speed up the citizenization of rural-urban migrants in order to lay the institutional foundation for integration of urban and rural areas,such as establishing and exploring the effective realization forms of the rural collective economy,improving the system and mechanism for the rural-urban migrants "taking assets into the city". <<
