The basic futures of China’s peasant workers at present times have been stated in this article. We found that the main obstacles for the integration are household registering，social insurance，urban capacity and their quality etc.. To resolve these problems，some counter-measures have been proposed from this point of view to institutional arrangements，urban capacity，and social psychological treatment. We also analyzed some cases from different areas，such as Pearl River Delta，Yangtze River delta，Beijing and central and western areas. At the end of this paper，some policy suggestions are proposed，such as，to promote urban and rural balance development and urbanization，to reform the household registration and social security system，to improve the employability of “Peasant Workers” and their right awareness，to strengthen the grass-roots community management and reshape the “urban village”，to respect for and be kind to “Peasant Workers” and so on.
