In the recent years，problem of college graduate employment has been a major concern in China. Based on a survey including 445000 cases，this article describes the general situation of the employment of college graduates. The findings are that 1） employment rate is rising in the half year after graduation；2） employment rates differ among different majors and colleges；3） graduates’ wages greatly differs among majors，occupations and work units.
