Data of Chinese Residents’ Quality of Life Survey of this year shows that there was slightly higher level of general life satisfaction of the urban and rural residents’，especially in the areas of social security，national pride，government administration confidence behaving improvement or sustainably keeping on high level，Which become positive factors promoting the urban and rural residents’ general life satisfaction degree. While economic indexes such as individual economy，national economy，price fluctuation endurance，and consumer confidence declined，which led to the decrease of future society competition expectation and the level of satisfaction with future living standard. Together with the outstanding problem of limited rural residents’ entertainment activities，all these restrict the further improvement of general life satisfaction degree. And the individual economy satisfaction degree index once again becomes the primary factor which influences the urban and rural residents’ general life satisfaction degree.
