The hub-social Organization originated in the practice，as a new form of social organization，there is growing concern on it from the practitioners and the theorists. The research makes in-depth analysis on connotation and denotation of the hub-social organization，sums up the experience and practice of CPC construction of the sub-social organization，analyzes the existing problems of its organizational development and working effectively，makes the suggestion on promoting the hub-social organization develop and work effectively under the CPC construction.
