This paper use the 2014 survey data about Shanghai citizen’s living situation that research by Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and Shanghai Urban and Rural Survey Organization，and depth analysis six aspects that Shanghai employment situation，income，daily living，social environment，individual psychological，physical condition，compare the 2010 relevant data，showing the quality of people’s living evolution trends and characteristics，and proposed the livelihood issues which should be solved in future.
