Since the reform and opening up，the development of the non-public sector of Sichuan province has made great achievements. The individual private economy of the non-public sector of the economy has an absolute dominance position t in the province，there is an upward trend for the foreign Hong Kong，Macao and Taiwan investment in the province，but the amount is small. This paper lists the main characteristics and problems of the development of the non-public sector economy of Sichuan province，and some countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.
